Deteriorating Manpower: The Migrating Temptation

Jobs are what's keeping us alive in this world, it let's us feed our family, buy necessities, create a roof on our heads to protect us from the rain and walls to keep us safe and warm. Jobs are what every people in the world depend on, with it we are able to acquire anything that we need and want; from foods, clothes, to electronics, and furniture, and it's the government or companies that should take care of their workers to keep developing. But what if they fail to tend their workers, sometimes developing countries are known to have difficulty in maintaining a stable income for anyone in which would also affect the country's progress in developing, and if it keeps up and eventually normalizes chaos would undoubtedly erupt: workers would go on strike and sooner or later would force themselves to work overseas. Working abroad is great for anyone who seeks better conditions in life, to be able to start better than how they lived before, but this affects the manpower in their home country. Talented people would go and find better offers in other countries instead of working nationally, and it's not their fault to start with, the inadequate supervision and unattended responsibility from the country made the people work outside.

Workers are humans too, they're not just someone that work for you twenty-four hours like a machine could. They have health, emotions, family, needs, and they work tirelessly to earn the money that they deserve, but if they feel the unfair treatment and unsatisfied of how little they earn from all their work then with out a doubt they would retire and probably find another job, a job that truly respects and care for each of their workers, and that's a kind of job countries abroad offer to them since some countries are willing to accept them since they lack the manpower that they need.  It's every Third world country workers dream to have a job that suffice them to be able to feed their family and themselves, and since their own country can't even pay them the promised salary then they will have no other option to work abroad. It's a risk with high reward that they're willing take.

A country with low and middle incomes is difficult enough to live in, but there comes poverty to add up to all  the problems. In every family that is experiencing complications and is struggling to keep their family alive, there is always that one family member that is willing to take the risk of working even if it means to risk their life they will accept that job to earn money. But even if he or she works hard or not they still receive the same salary, or in some cases the money they should've received, would be lesser or nothing at all, and that wouldn't even be enough to let their family last even a month, and if it consistently repeating it would tempt the people to migrate to another country in any way they can. These are all real experiences coming from different families from different developing countries, fighting for survival.

When a country's progress of developing is starting to fail like it's economy then it would cause a problem for the country and it's people. An economy of a country is necessary to keep them stable to avoid any conflicts or animosities. If that balance is broken then hell breaks loose; people would run out of money to be able to survive, the country would likely break apart. There are different reasons as to why a country would have an insufficient funds to keep their economy stable: Corruption, well corruption exists almost in any position of the government it depends the person's ulterior motive. Corruption can slow or stop the progress of any developing country, and corruptions almost exist in every third world country because fewer people are highly educated and they use the advantage of the lacking of intelligence to abuse their power. The other reason is that they can't compete with other countries that completely overwhelms the market, thus making it difficult for them to progress. This also connects to the lack of education in some developing countries; better education can help a country advance.

It isn't the fault of the people whom have decided to live their life and serve other countries to feed, clothe, and place a roof over the heads of their dear family. A country's influence would fade if their countrymen would find their country they lived and grew in "inhabitable" because they couldn't make a living from their jobs. A country would develop efficiently if the government would supply their people what they need, if they would care about their people.
