Soon, Tim learns that the baby can talk like an adult, and he introduces himself as "The Boss Baby". Seeing an opportunity to get rid of him, Tim decides to record a conversation between the Boss Baby and other toddlers who are at Tim's house for a meeting (under the guise of play date by the parents) to do something about how puppies are receiving more love than babies. The Boss Baby and the other toddlers catch Tim with recording, after being chased by the toddlers and the Boss Baby the tape was terminated, Tim was caught fighting with his brother but with no evidence to support him, Tim is grounded by his parents for his actions
The Boss Baby apologises to Tim and as a peace offering he let him suck a pacifier that transports them to Baby Corp, a place where infants with adult-like minds work to preserve infant love everywhere. The Boss Baby explains that he was sent to see why puppies are getting more love that infants. He infiltrated Tim's residence because his parents work for Puppy Co., which is unleashing a new puppy that would destroy the love of the babies then Tim discovered that the Puppy co will have a bring your children to work. When they overhear Boss Baby's boss threaten to fire him for not bringing in information thereby stranding him a the Templetons, he and Tim agree to work together to keep that from happening
Tim's parents life the grounding and take them to Puppy Co. for the "take your child to work day". While there, they slip away and find what they think is the plans for a "Forever Puppy".
but it turns out to be a trap set by founder Francis E. Francis. they discovered that Francis used to be head of Baby Corp. but he was kicked out and replaced by a new "Boss". Francis vowed a revenge on the Baby Corp by having the Forever Puppies and overshadow babies, in order for Francis to create the secret baby formula that makes Boss Baby to act like an adult, so Francis grabbed the serum that Tim and the Boss Baby brought with them. Tim's parents go with Francis to Las Vegas, there he will release and send a rocket full of the Forever Puppies, but Francis has his brother Eugene pose as Tim and Boss Baby's babysitter to keep them from interfering
Without the formula to keep his intelligence in check, Boss baby starts becoming a normal baby. Despite this, he and Tim evade the "babysitter" long enough to get to the airport but they were too late to intercept Tim's parents. After sneaking on a plane full of Elvis Impersonators bound for Vegas, they stall Francis' presentation when Eugene unwittingly gives away their plan.
Furious at their interference, Francis locks Tim's parents up so he can burn them with exhaust from the rocket used to launch the Forever Puppies. Tim and Boss baby push him off of a ledge making Francis tumble into he formula. Boss baby opens the rocket, but Tim sings to him with the Family song that Tim's parents made foe him to show his appreciation, causing him to jump off the rocket before it launches.
After the event that occurred the Boss baby gets promoted and leaves. Tim goes back to being an only child, but Tim and Boss baby miss each other. Tim decides to write a letter convincing him to live with him as his brother. The boss baby was so happy seeing the letter and decided to live with
I learned that it is more fun having a little brother, I also learned that teamwork can always get you to reach your goal. And always know that your parents always love you they ground you so that you can learn something from your mistake, and that your parents do their best to save time for you or their family
